Modern offices and organizations deal with several departments, sometimes operating from several locations. Each player needs to perform their task from their respective approach. It makes sense that a brand asset system can be shared among departments in resources as well as in costs. In the hospitality industry, for example, you may see Meeting Planners, Sales, Marketing, PR, Communications, Group Tour departments, etc., all dealing with various aspects of brand management.


Managing partners: allocating tasks


You may be dealing with various partners of your organization, working internally or externally, or even on another continent, for the promotion of your company. The CleanPix Mini-Partner feature allows you to assign specific tasks for each partner independently and also assign a specific group of assets (pictures, logos, etc.) to each of these partners.


Here’s a sample of permission-based tasks you can assign individually:


  • The right to manage and respond to an image gallery media request.
  • The right to make and publish a news story on Pressuite via PressBrief.
  • The right to upload news pictures into the main account.
  • The right to enter data and update captions for each asset.

For example, some CleanPix clients use the partner tool to give a restricted set of assets and limited functions to their outside advertising or PR agency; some use this feature in a similar way to allow a staff member to respond to media requests while away on vacation.
